Fees must be paid in full prior to beginning any service.
No Show/Late Cancellation Policy
Time is a valuable commodity to all of us. When you schedule an appointment, we set aside that time specifically for you. We kindly ask that you call or email to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. We are aware that we are living through a global pandemic and emergencies arise, as a result, we will handle these situations on a case-by-case basis. Appointments that are not canceled within the 24 hour cancellation time are subject to the No Show/Late Cancellation fee.
We ask that a credit card be placed on file.
Your therapy is essential to your health, therefore, we ask for a credit card on file to secure your initial appointment. This card WILL NOT be charged unless you fail to show for your initial appointment in accordance with our No Show/Late Cancellation policy.
